This archived Ideal Weight support group notice shares the details for the February 4th 2015 session for existing clients only.
Monthly Support Group for existing Reach Your Ideal Weight Clients Only and Exclusively.
Wednesday 4th February 2015, from 7pm
Attendance to this group is in addition to the Ideal Weight program and totally optional.
The idea behind the group is to share ideas and what is working, to give additional support to each other, to reaffirm and enhance what is covered in the session and your support materials.
This is a great opportunity to ask questions of Wendy, and others in the group about what has worked and is working best for them. It will be a non-formal group, with varying topics discussed and processes used on the night. These will vary and may include discussions, meditation and or hypnosis, all to reinforce and enhance what you have learnt at your Reach Your Ideal Weight session.
Of course you still need to be following the steps of the system as these will help you to stay on track for your Ideal Weight, for life.
There will be a small cover charge to attend of $20, payable on the night.
